Is the password sent to you?
No. It's created in your browser and never leaves your computer.
What length do you really need?
For sensitive accounts like domain and email, aim for sixteen characters or more. For less sensitive accounts, twelve is enough.
Is a random password or a phrase better?
Both approaches work if they’re long. Random is stronger against guessing; a long passphrase is easier to remember.
